Indiana NACSW Conference Survey - 2005

The following post was sent by email from the NACSW (National Association of Christian Social Workers):

NACSW encourages interaction and support among regional and local groups. The Indiana chapter of NACSW has been holding conferences the last few years with limited interest. This survey is provided so that we can better meet the needs of members. We hope to plan a conference that would accommodate the greatest number of people. We would appreciate your input concerning a state conference in the spring 2006.

The survey in this e-mail will take approximately 5 - 10 minutes to complete. After completing the survey, forward it to colemare@grace.edu. Please return the survey no later than September 22. Your opinions and involvement are appreciated!

Completion and return of the survey indicates your consent to participate. Survey results will be presented in aggregate form so no identifying information will be released. The president of the Indiana NACSW chapter will e-mail a final report, and my BSW students will present results to the Indiana NACSW officers in September.
